-Saturday, July 16th, noon-3pm:  Really Really Free Market:
No money. No trades. Everything is free.

This market is based on a gift-economy and thinks capitalism is terrible. Bring food to share. Bring your special items that you don't use but can't throw away (ex. clothes, toys, art supplies, instruments, books and zines...your free box). Bring your special talents to offer people (ex. haircuts, message, reiki...). Come and take what you can use and say thanks! We will have folks to check in with as you arrive. First come first served, space may be limited. If you bring things, you are expected to take away whatever is left at the end of the market.

-Sunday, July 17th, 6pm-10pm:  A Show! with
Great Spiders, Snuff Redux, Psychic Astro Cult, Possession Sounds

    Great Spiders https://greatspiders.bandcamp.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/Great-Spiders-106723429440035/?fref=ts

Hey How About That Fundraiser For SubRosa?  Well, I'm glad you asked!

It is part of our mission to create a space outside the realm of commerce, and we have started a fundraising effort so we can focus more on running the space and less on hustling to make rent.  So far 4 people have committed to making small regular contributions.  And please join them (uh, I don't want to end up sounding like a public radio pitch)...so you know what we do at SubRosa!  We are grateful for your support.

Click here: support-subrosa! (and money is processed through a secure WePay account)

Note:  You can choose how regularly you contribute to SubRosa and the default on the website is weekly.  This can be changed to other time frames as well.  Also, the Action Network, which hosts the fundraiser requests a "tip" and this can also be adjusted from the default of 10% to "no tip" or even more.

Comments on the SubRosa website are fully moderated. As a collective, we agreed that the purpose of the website was to promote SubRosa, not to provide an online place for lively and invigorating debate. We hope that the space itself is where conversations on the nature of anarchism and local projects will take place. That said, we occasionally approve comments that are informative or reflect a viewpoint we feel it is important for website visitors to read.
