Open Stage is tomorrow night!

This month we are specifically inviting performances in the spirit of the Take Back The Fight exhibit ( https://
Layered over our usual supportive performance environment will be threads of the resilience, experience, strength and struggle of women, femmes, queers and others in the reality of patriarchy and misogynist violence and oppression.
This may be heavy. You may have a story to tell or a song or poem to share, or you may not. You may be afraid of the subject and you may have been waiting for an opportunity to get into it. Whatever the case, the reality is this is a part of life that we face, a part that while gaining more widespread attention is very much harmful in the daily lives of so many of us.
Tomorrow night is still a place for your usual performances and is open for whatever this invitation brings up for you.
